Form Instructions
- Click on the clan name above to go to the particular clan Family Tree Book.
- Once you are in the Family Tree book, and in order to find a name of a certain individual in the book, type the name of the individual in the search field located on the tool bar. Since names might be spelled differently, try different spellings, or different individuals.
- After you enter the name in the search field and click enter, the program will display all the names it was able to find on a side bar with the page number of where the name occurs. Click directly on the name and the program will take you directly to the page where the name appears.
- Once you are in the page where the name appears then review the page. If there are any changes, modifications or deletions, then note the name of the individual where the modifications need to occur, and also the individual’s REFERENCE NUMBER next to each name. It is critical to get the REFERENCE NUMBER for each name included in any correspondence in order for us to be able to pin point the individual and make the corrections requested.
- Fill out the form Family Tree Change Request Form, which you will find on this website. Provide a clear description of the changes you want to make to the individual and their REFERENCE NUMBER in the form.
- Since the accuracy of this data will be critical to maintaining an accurate record of the original descendants of Ramallah, The only person authorized to revise the Family Tree database will be John Mogannam and the Family Tree Committee at the San Jose Ramallah Club. This to prevent unauthorized mistakes or malicious corruption of the information.
- Send the completed form with any requested corrections and modifications you may have to John Mogannam by email at our-family-tree@sbcglobal.net. All changes should be submitted by email using the Family Tree Change Request Form. Over the phone, or word of mouth changes will not be accepted. Please provide your phone number when you send an email so you can be contacted for verification purposes.
- In order to avoid having unauthorized people from sending the wrong information, please include in your email the name of another Ramallah family member and his phone number to contact for identity verification. We will not incorporate any information in the Family Tree until the identity of the individual sending the information has been confirmed and the attached form has been filled out. These forms will be numbered, tracked and saved for future reference.
